Our story

Over 30 years of care, learning, and impact at Learning Simplified, our roots run deep.

For more than three decades, our team has been dedicated to improving care and support for people living with disability, starting with RDNS, South Australia’s leading provider of support worker training.

Today, we continue that legacy with evidence-informed learning designed to meet the evolving needs of the sector. Every course is mapped to the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission’s policies and standards, so you can be confident your training is current, compliant, and practical.

Our training builds more than knowledge, it builds confidence. We equip support workers with the skills to uphold health, dignity, and human rights in every interaction.

Meet our team

Rebecca / Managing Director, Founder

Following 10 years leading the RDNS Disability Training Team, Rebecca brings extensive knowledge and skills to her role as founding partner of Learning Simplified.

With a strong client focus, Rebecca understands the complexities of navigating staff skill levels and training compliances. Rebecca brings a well-coordinated approach to training, a calm clarity to her training style.

Rebecca is invested in promoting safe practice with dignity in all levels of support.

Qualifications: Bachelor of Nursing; Cert IV TAE40116

Rebecca / Trainer & Assessor

With over 17 years of experience in community nursing, and six of those in education, Rebecca brings extensive clinical knowledge and expertise to her role, focussing on person-centred care and supporting individuals across diverse healthcare settings.

Rebecca is passionate about supporting learners to develop skills and confidence, while maintaining high standards of quality, safe practice, and compliance.

Qualifications: Bachelor of Nursing; Masters in Public Health; Postgraduate in Nursing Science;
