Online learning and practical assessment

Learn to provide safe bowel and urinary support through online modules and a face‑to‑face practical assessment. This course covers the administration of suppositories and micro‑enemas, catheter care, and support with a penile sheath, with a strong focus on client safety and best practice.

Prerequisite for this course is current competency in safe administration of medication.

You’ll access online learning with downloadable resources and video demonstrations, then complete a 20‑minute practical assessment to evidence your skills and ensure you’re workplace‑ready. Enrol by selecting your assessment date, and you’ll receive email access to your training materials and assessment details.

Select your assessment date to begin enrolment. Access to the online learning module will be provided once your appointment is booked. Please allow enough time to complete your online learning before attending your assessment.

You’ll receive email confirmation with training access and assessment details (check spam or junk folders if needed). Acceptance of Terms and Conditions, including Charges and Refunds, is part of the enrolment process.
